2024年CFA三級考綱變動情況如下：

　　概覽：行為金融學(xué)刪除，部分科目的考綱要求有輕微調(diào)整，整體變化不大。

　　1.24年考綱中并未展示行為金融學(xué)的考綱，有可能行為金融學(xué)這門課將于24年刪除；

　　2.另類-Hedge Fund Strategies

　　刪除：describe how factor models may be used to understand hedge fund risk exposures；

　　3.私人財富管理-Risk Management for Individuals

　　刪除：discuss the financial stages of life for an individual；

　　刪除：analyze and evaluate an insurance program；

　　刪除：prepare the investment objectives section of an institutional investor’s investment policy statement；

　　5.道德-GIPS

　　刪除：explain the fundamentals of compliance with the GIPS standards,including the definition of the firm and the firm’s definition of discretion。

　　2024年CFA三級考試題型

　　CFA三級考試共包括22道“大題”，每題12分。這些大題包括：

　　基于案例的選擇題（11題）：每道大題包括4道選擇題，每題3分

　　基于案例的論述題（11題）

　　考生須根據(jù)案例中的信息進(jìn)行選擇或提供論述。

　　考試將分為上下半場，總計4小時24分鐘，每場考試2小時12分鐘。

　　上半場考試（2小時12分鐘）：11道大題，兩種題型都包括，可能是“5道基于案例的選擇題+6道基于案例的論述題”，或者“6道基于案例的選擇題+5道基于案例的論述題”。

　　下半場考試（2小時12分鐘）：11道大題，兩種題型都包括，可能是“5道基于案例的選擇題+6道基于案例的論述題”，或者“6道基于案例的選擇題+5道基于案例的論述題”。

　　每道“大題”都會標(biāo)明所考核的科目和總分。不同科目的考題將隨機(jī)出現(xiàn)在上下半場。
